I am looking for a roommate hopefully within the next several weeks. Basically the money paid for the rent will be paying all the utilities so it may fluctuate a bit but is usually never more than 350.00 per month. I would like someone who doesn't mind helping with the chores of keeping a house up. I am a pretty quiet person and right now have 2 dogs. I do not expect anyone to have to clean up after me nor do I expect to have to clean up after anyone as I currently do. I have a good sense of humor and hope you do as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood.

I have an apartment in a nice part of Painesville which is more of a townhouse. There is a parking lot in which my unit has two designated spaces. It has an upstairs containing two bedrooms and one full bath. Each bedroom has a decent sized closet plus there is a linen closet in the hallway. The downstairs contains the living room, two closets, a half bath, a dining room, and the kitchen which is complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, double sink, refrigerator, and oven/stove. There is also a washer and dryer on the other side of the kitchen. The kitchen leads out to the patio which is complete with patio furniture. I have A/C, cable, and internet. The only thing NOT furnished is what would be your bedroom. I even have enough towels, dishes, etc. for two people if you do not have your own or do not want to bring your own. The rent is $325 a month per person but utilities are not included. The utilities usually raise it up another $100-$125 in the winter.
